What is Carbon Fiber?
Carbon fiber is composite consisting of synthetic fibers joined with an epoxy matrix to
form a material, that is an extremely light, strong and expensive material used extensively
in aircraft, aerospace, auto racing, professional sport, government, luxury markets and
more. Carbon fiber is stronger than steel but only a small percentage of its weight. There
are currently many different grades and styles of carbon fiber. Belch Co. uses only the
highest quality material for our products.

How long will shipping take to Minnesota, New York, California, ect?
It depends on the shipping method you select.  The PRIORITY option takes 2-3 business
days average and the GROUND option take 4-7 business days average. All of our
shipments are through Paypal and USPS. International shipping takes a little longer...
Global Priority takes around 6-10 business days. You will be notified when your order is
shipped via email with a tracking number.

What is my order status?

Can you custom make "this" or "that" out of carbon fiber for me?
While we do, do custom orders for certain types of parts or accessories they are limited to
small volume and size. Custom order quotes vary greatly depending on tooling, size,
material request, time frame, volume, ect. If you are interested in something truly custom
send us an email at custom@belchco.com or call 1-800-668-6590 and leave a detailed
message.

Who is Belch Co?
Belch Co. is a small composites company started by two Purdue engineering students. It
is a home grown company dedicated to bringing you innovative high quality composite
products and accessories.

If for some reason you aren't satisfied with our product send it back to us for your choice
of a refund or exchange.  

What is the 10 year warranty?
It's pretty simple, if we mess up you shouldn't have to pay for it down the road so...
Belch Co. guarantees this PRODUCT against defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service for ten years from the original date of purchase.  Belch Co., at its
option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this guarantee at no additional
cost to the customer.
Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. We will need it
for any warranty service. Only marked Belch Co. iPhone, iPod, and laptop cases qualify
for the 10 year warranty.
